At LazzyShopper, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Below is our general return policy applicable to items sold by LazzyShopper.

Return/Replacement Policy

We offer a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the process.

Please note: If the product is correct as shown on our website and the customer still wishes to return it, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Eligibility for Returns

An item may be eligible for return if it meets one or more of the following conditions:

  1. The product is damaged or defective.
  2. Incorrect item, size, or quantity was delivered.
  3. Missing parts or accessories.

Note: Personalized or customized products are not eligible for return.

How to Return a Product

  1. Inform Us: Contact us via call or email with a valid reason for return within 7 days of receiving the order.
  2. Provide Invoice: Ensure you have the sale invoice for verification.
  3. Original Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition, including:
    • Price tags intact.
    • User manual and warranty cards.
    • Original accessories and manufacturer’s packaging.

Return Options

  1. Reverse Pickup by LazzyShopper:
    • We will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.
    • Once arranged, our courier partner will contact you and collect the product within 2-3 business days.
  2. Customer-Initiated Return:
    • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, the customer must ship the product via India Post or any courier service.
    • Once we receive the product, courier charges will be reimbursed.

Refund Process

  1. After receiving the product, our team will conduct a quality check within 2 business days.
  2. Upon approval, the refund will be processed and credited to your account within 6-8 business days.
